Not likely as there Frame is good for 250,000 rounds. Just FYI I have a early 11-87 I shoot trap with that’s over 30 years old and 50,000 rounds through it and it has never had a part break. I do clean it every time I shoot it.

Not even close Winchester 12ga 3inch Mag 1 7/8oz of 4 shot buffered copper plated is the Second best shotgun shell ever made and for long range was the best value for shooting out to 55 yards.

I have and still use a 1100 for 40 plus years and no it's not to heavy.

Remington Winchester 12ga 2 3/4 inch 1 1/4oz load at 1330FPS will work in your 1100 as I have been useing one for the last 40 plus years. Yes they still make 12ga Magmun shells.
