Son and I just returned from a fabulous week in SD. First time hunting in SD. Hunted mostly northeast of Mitchell. Saw upwards of 200 birds. If not for unexplainable misses and bad shells, we would have come home with a full 5 day possession limit. Never the less we returned with several birds...

Son and I are making the treck up from San Antonio next week. It's a bucket list hunt for me as I just turned 70. Hoping I don't need to go too deep in the cattails. Will be hunting around Mitchell. Happy to share results and areas hunted at the end of our hunt.
