With the rain and snow forecast for this week how bad do the roads get, I'm guessing I need to switch from my rental 2wd suv to my 4wd pickup at minimum. Will the cold temperature keep the roads froze.

The app says it has an update on 8 Oct tot fix the iPhone gps issue. But it still doesn't show my location and it runs constantly in back ground drains my battery in 3 hrs

I am looking at the WIHA GPS coordinates and cannot get them to load on any of my GPS's cannot load the negative number ie -101.xxxxxxx in the west coordinate. any help i could really use it.
