Good points. 2-3 dogs, 2 hunters. Most likely time for trip will be the last weekend in October. Certainly would be much more mobile and "easier" to hunt out of a tuck. I'm not too worried about judging roads. I've done a lot of stupid things over the years to gain some experience. :)...
