Nonresident license increase for next year

I wish Kansas would grow a pair and value their resource as much as SD does. Way too cheap to come to my home state and hunt:mad:

    Annual Kansas trip

+1 on Bad Habits. Mr. Byrd may correct me, but Casey's Cowtown has the best ribeye in town IMO. Glad you all are having a good hunt!

Residents Only 1st Week on Walk-In?

I'm just south of you, 1 mile from DG, JO, and MI county lines. Although forced northward to find a decent living wage, I chose to live there (and have a commute:()to avoid the 'JO' on my license plate:D Originally from SEK, and I'm a Gorilla:thumbsup:

    Cheyenne Bottoms

I have friends that guide in the area.......good luck is all I can say. There is very limited water and LOTS of competition for it. As far as pheasants go, there are a few walk in areas close to the bottoms, but as you might guess, they get hit pretty hard. A lot of first time visitors to KS...

Residents Only 1st Week on Walk-In?

Nick, the JoCo stereotype, like most others, exists for a reason. You must be the exception and not the rule:D

NEWS FLASH: Drought ends at Ponderosa

Let's hope. My reports have been pretty discouraging from several farmers around Dodge. Wish we could pipe some out of the mighty MO down that way:(
