Does anyone know how the pheasant population is looking like this year??

I am going to try dove hunting for the first time this september. Does any one have any public access i could try or would it be better to find the cover and food and go knock on the nearest farmhouse door for permission? Any info helps!!

idalia colorado I went there about 3 weeks ago.....never had better hunting in my life!!! With a group of nine we got 25 birds almost all of us limiting out. You need to hunt private land it seemed we got almost all of our birds out of crp, ditches, and overgrown corals. We got into the birds...
