Thanks to good dogs the only wounded one we lost this year was one where we didnt have the dogs. My friends GSP's tracked down and trapped a rooster in between them that they had been after (while also hunting) for a mile and a half. Hell of a find.
Once we found the birds. The one morning we had 30 plus bird flush and took home half the roosters we flushed. That was a 7 bird day. The following day we put up a few less than that but it was still a good day. So 3 out of 7 days we put up 20 or more birds and the other days we at least saw...

We saw some carcasses and the healthiest white trail buck I have ever seen jump out of the watering hole 20 yards from us its body was massive and had a boon and crocket rack.

No just looking to be in the golden triangle and liked one of the campgrounds I saw near chamberlain but I am open to other areas........I never got to hunt behind a munsterlander but have met a few. Neat dogs. On my list along with a Cseky Foucek
