Got my blood flowing! I leave Wednesday for Maine to hunt over bait. I will probably miss the first Florida season in decades. I have rotor cuff surgery on opening day. Maybe next year.

That is a nice outfit. Good to wear a family tweed. Our traditions and outfits are different but a good double gun and good dogs bind a lot of things together. Thanks for shareing.

Buckmark. They come in a variety of models for everything from plinking to competition. You can find used ones that are fairly cheap. Ammo would be the only issue right now.

I don't know if I should reply. Both of my SxSs wouldn't equal one of those on that impressive list. However I have a "new" Marlin brand L.C. Smith, made in Italy and I have an Ithaca/SKB M100. Both shoot well and both have taken pheasants. I like both of them.
