Here in central Ohio about the only fence rows left are the property lines and alot of them are gone. I used to shoot at alot of birds as a kid off the fence rows around my parents house. Now it would be tough to find a rabbit.

Welcome to Ohio where they dont care unless it grunts or gobbles. There are times i wish the deer would just go away.

Even a number of the PF farm bill biologist at pheasant fest told them to get someone else to do it because they did a horrible job.

Just goes to show you the DNR only cares about deer. The local PF chapter has offered to go in and do work to several wildlife areas at no cost to DNR and the DNR tells them no. I hope the deer get a sever case of CWD or something that nearly wipes them out just to hit the state pocket book.

Im from the circleville area and there are some birds in pockets. used to flush a handfull every time out of the all but gone fence rows. The DNR doesnt care about the birds, We might as well let them plant trees in the public upland areas for the deer since thats all they care about.

would like to see ethonal go away completely. I never had carb or plug problems in my small engines untill this crap came around.

A friend of mine was talking a few years back about how much per acre the CRP can be turned into ethonal. The only thing i know is my atv's have been fowling plugs lie crazy since they started putting that crap in gasoline.
