Your dogs definetly know whats goin on that's for sure. Still need to get my gsp out in the field,but now he's favoring his right rear leg and I have know idea what's wrong with it. So I don't wannna take him out until I do, cause he'll be so excited he'll just ignore the pain and further hurt...

Ok that makes sense now that u say that.. I'll have to get him out this weekend. So he's either gonna point by just the smell of the pheasant when he close or he's not right. Or is there a way to help encourage that behavior?

I've been doing what I can with him from when I got him at 6 months old. Nobody to help teach me just going off videos and what I've been reading. Yea to be honest I'm not really sure he'll be on the whole honoring part. But lookin for tips I guess or ne thing I'll take it!

My dog has been in training for alittle while now and is doing good, but I was wondering if someone with a more seasoned dog wanted to get together so my dog could see more what it's about. And I'm always lookin to learn more myself. Just let me know. I have a 3yr old gsp started training this...

My 3 yr old gsp has everything to be a good bird dog. I've been messing with him with a pheasant wing and he points everytime. His obedience is great just need some help on what to do next with him... Thanks

Not sure what the choke is but it is made in Belgium and it says "special steel 2 3/4"

Well that's good to here. Thanks everyone. Oldandnew how would I go about adjusting my forearm springs? And why would I have to do that. I don't know much about semi auto's this is my first.

My grandpa gave me his browning sweet 16. I don't want to use it all the time but I don't want it to just sit in the safe either. Was just wondering if anyone uses a 16 gauge and how is it, and what load? Thanks.. And it is made in Belgium and it say special steel 2 3/4

I just got stationed here in Wichita and I am looking to Go hunting. I don't know anything about Kansas yet so it's kinda hard to just go out and find places, and my pheasant dog is t here yet. So if someone wants to get together and go hunting let me know.
