ID & WA Palouse Chapter - Pheasants Forever (Gauging Interest)

The Lewiston chapter has not been active to my knowledge. I have tried to contact them to no avail. No communication regarding fund raisers. Also in Moscow/Viola, there is the The Gamebird Foundation which is a similar organization that is well rooted in the community.

Probably too late but only Grouse and quail around Lenore. Turkey are considered nuisance by most farmers and will gladly let you take them out. You are within reasonable distance to chukar/Huns. South out of the Clearwater river area is mostly farm land. Some pheasants but mostly quail and...

What?s your #1 Gear Upgrade After This Hunting Season?

I have a pair of Danner Pronghorn and East Ridge. Both had fraying of the stitching on the inner part of the boot. Had it repaired at a local boot store that sold and repaired Danners. Comfortable but will see how long they last.

What?s your #1 Gear Upgrade After This Hunting Season?

A dog that retrieves. Working on my GSP that is doing great but retrieving is not his strong point. Will be working on that. Also Outdoor Research Snow gaiters.

    Dogtra Pathfinder

I have always been a bit Dogtra fan but changed since I needed a GPS collar. I like the idea, pricepoint is excellent. Only I prefer a physical button for quick correction, not a touchscreen.
