Really doesn't matter... I'd even consider the UP if the deal was good enough. No birds today, I can tell there have been a lot of hunters out with all of the new footpaths. Ran into a couple DNR guys checking licenses today and they couldn't tell me when birds were released last. Hopefully...

I'm looking for some land up north if anyone knows of something available. 20-40 acres would suffice. Somewhere to hang a few stands and build a small cabin.

My pup can't get enough, never wants to hop in the truck after I limit out and a couple hour walk. Couldn't ask for better out of her considering she's only 14mos. :thumbsup:

My 1yr GSP did very well today. We got two roosters and kicked up a couple more. If anyone wants to get together to hunt some public land, let's make it happen. I'm in Eastern Walworth Co. so I'd be willing to cover anything from Kettle Moraine to Bong.

Mine is acting a little differently being in heat. Just a little more hyper and peeing a lot more. Yeah, this is her first. I originally had planned on breeding her, but the more I think about it I'm not sure it'd be the best idea. I'm not sure that I would have the time to make sure...

Thanks guys, I appreciate the input. I've had several dogs before, but this is my first female that hasn't been fixed so this is a new experience for me.

I also noticed that she's peeing way more than usual. She's even squatting and trying to pee and nothing's coming out. Is this a sign of infection or normal behavior of a female in heat? Thanks

She is right around a year old and is swollen with a bit of bleeding. I presume this to mean she is in heat and hopefully normal? Is there anything I need to pay particular attention to? Do I need to clean her? Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated.
