Pointing Dog Journal is my favorite also.

I love mine and just keep it in my hunting vest pocket. I hunt heavy cover, CRP, hedge rows, cat tails etc. and many times I can't see my dogs even if they're 30 yards away. The Garmin is a great tool.

If you're looking for a very reasonably priced, light, reliable gun, I would suggest the Yildez guns, sold at Academy Sports.

We hunted J Bar 7 two years ago and it was ran very well, we'll be back!

UGUIDE, what happened to your Miller site? We hunted it week 7, extremely disappointed in what we found and now I see it's gone.

I got back from Miller yesterday. I couldn't believe that the farmer had rented out all his farm land and that 100% of the crop land was cut bean fields (dirt). Very little there to hold birds. The farmer told us up front there were no birds, we found a few but 90% of everything we saw were...
