Looking for a good shooting glove that is briar proof. Been looking at the Dans briar proof glove, would these be a good option? Or what would you recommend?

I have a Brittany that is about 3 and would like to know how long is to long to hunt him? I have had him out 2 times now, the first time was about 4 hours and this time was about 3 hours. I always have water for him and give it to him quite often.

My wife and I are planning a trip to Mount Rushmore and to also do some Pheasant hunting while there. I have a 2 wheel drive truck so am wondering if this will be good enough to hunt public land or am I going to need to get a 4 wheel drive? We are planning on the first or second week of October.
