Went out last Saturday to Osage county. Was there for three hours and seen three birds flush out at the same time. Didn't get anything, but it was great getting out. Growing up i would see coveys here and there. Its a whole lot different now a days!

Back when we were in school we used to take a week off in late November for deer season. Everyone knew where i was when i would miss the whole week of school. When i would get back everyone would ask me how the season went! Even the teachers and principle would ask!:D

I will be using kent fast steel this year. I bought some 12g,2 3/4,1 1/16 oz, #6 shot.

Has anyone used ll beans briar chaps? I just bought a pair and will see how they hold up!

I just referred to my manual. Although it does say they can be used for steel i have heard otherwise. I guess people having problems when they try to take them off they can't. Maybe they got a defective one? Or maybe they are just people who give stoeger and benelli a bad name?

My stoeger came with chokes but im not convinced they will work for steel! Better be safe than sorry!

I'm in the market for a steel shot choke tube for my stoeger m300. I was looking at the Carlsons at bass pro, but don't know what to look for. What do you guys think? Thanks Edgar

I don't think Ive ever had a problem afield when hunting with buddies and family. My uncle had a lab and she is awesome when it comes to retrieving. Although im still fairly new to the scene, Ive been hunting upland for about four years now. I might have and issue with my dog but i try to take...

I have an old Winchester model 94 Canadian centennial grandpa gave dad before he passed last year. I want to go on a special hunt with it one of these years. He had numerous guns and split them with his two sons. Its my favorite out of our whole gun safe and baby it like if its my safe queen...
