Ya, I'm not too familiar with NSTRA but it seems like a good thing. I will give it some thought. Too bad there aren't more trials closer to central SD. Let me know about December. I will be done guiding by then and will have more than enough land to hunt on a Saturday.

River was invited to the NAVHDA Nationals last year but we could not make it. I don't mind running dog combinations. I will be guiding from pheasant opener until the end of November. Keep it in mind for December if you want to get together. Otherwise there's always waterfowl!!

Thanks for the info Dakotazeb! Puppies are located near Mitchell, South Dakota!! The heart of pheasant country but my German Wirehairs hunt all seasons from doves to ducks/geese to the ringnecks!!
