Got out today with Lady. Snow was deep and started wearing the ol pup out pretty quick. A lot of hunters out and as we arrived later in the morning I decided to take Lady through the woods. She got in to sneak mode pretty quick and soon after two hens flushed out of range. Reaching the next...

Don't listen to us, go with your gut and pick the breed you truly want, I am sure there is a breed you keep going back to in your search. Train it obedience and to mind in the field, then expose it to birds as much as you can. Your dog will do the rest.
