Dakota Winds Motel in Kimball SD, its only 20 minutes from Chamberlain and way better hunting in that area. A local couple owns it and are very nice people we stay there a couple times a season, dog friendly also.

The Dakota winds motel in Kimball, 20 miles east of Chamberlain is a great place and pet friendly. The owners recently aquired the place and have renovated it, very nice and clean with great places to eat nearby. Also numerous public hunting areas w good hunting nearby.

It's a tournament format, how can everyone be a winner? After we pay the landowners for use of there farms its just a break even deal. Its alot of fun obviously u have never done one before? There are several of them around South Dakota, some of the teams in our hunt do several of the others also.

U are gonna get a great hunt no matter where u place, last year we had teams that never even placed inthe top 5 that had a limit w shells left over. This is very well run with premium pheasant hunting farms everyone gets a great hunt for 250.
