So, you want to tell me how a "pay to hunt" place can put 30 hunters through a field and they all limit out each and every time they hunt the ground that they are not putting pen raised birds back into the field to restock. Get real people if you think that is not happening.

Just got back from SD. Me & my Brother had a great 3 days of hunting. Limited everyday in the Redfield & Frankfort area's. Definitely a lot less bird numbers but with the lower amount of pheasant's they seemed to be sitting a lot tighter which is nice for a pointing dog. Not much pressure...

I preseason my dog in this area and always put birds in the air. After the opening weekend...good luck. You have 3 vehicles at every gate hole, pretty much scatters the birds.

Did you only hunt the Redfield area? Supposed to be heading to that area on Thursday, Nov 14. I will be hunting the Frankfort and Redfield area. Hope its not as bleak as your hunt was.
