Heading to Pierre in a couple of weeks. Heard one of the few areas where there was an actual increase in pheasants this year. Always hunted around Watertown and Mitchell, and heard both areas were down this year. Never been to Pierre, so we were wondering whether it has a lot of public hunting...

Hunted this morning.... Thawed out this afternoon.... Clobbered them near St. Cloud! 3 down in 1 hour. Thought I would freeze to death. ALL in think marshes....good luck!:cheers:

willmar Hunted there yesterday. Quite a lot of birds around, particularly along HWY 12. Only got 1, but plenty of action. Good luck.
