    After christmas chukar hunt

    i could be interested i got 10 days off around xmas but looks i could be in idaho for that week if the weather is good, i got my ep from a breeder up in susanville he told me to come up and he would take me chuker hunting!

    Forrest fires

    went up saturday towards snow mtn wilderness to get a xmas tree and drove thru the burned area looked like a nuke went off burned all the brush to ashes. good news is i seen severeal coveys of quail crossing the road already back in the burn area!

    welome ditchparrot:) Im from the west side of you in willows.usually hunt the same areas as you but not this year started out with new pups this year!training my pups over at H&H pheasant club in chico!and alot of quail hunting!

    sooty grouse hi iam new to the forum.went out hunting yesterday in medo forest west of willows seen healthy covey of 20+ mtn quail got 2! seen my first sooty grouse but no shot. seing most quail at 5000ft
