we get to norton only to find our motel had burnt down 3 weeks ago good thing I packed my camping stuff I never leave town without it walked all day between 3 of us we had 4 birds all of them were old birds seen lots of hens

It is almost a curse it has ruined deer hunting. I could hunt the rest of my life trying to shoot a better one and not happen so I bought a bird dog right after I killed him and getting back into birds

I killed this deer 3 days before halloween last year I rattled him in. With in the next 2 week big boys will be lock down with does and not moving

When I was a kid we took a german shephard to them had a tumor in this throat when he was just a pup he lived to be 13y. He was my first dog when we moved to the country when I was a little boy some 25 years ago me and that dog went everywhere together. RIP JAKE

I went from ness city this weekend all the way to norton and back down toward wichita and I drove over 1000 miles and seen 5 pheasants and 6 deer I might not even go it was very sad to see how dry it really is

Thats funny I was talking to an old farmer out in ness city this weekend and he was talking about how few he has killed this year says it is always in the 40-50 a year and he only killed 11 this year.
