upland , get to move around and love watching the dogs work the field and go on point with the anticipation of what is going to flush out.

I had a male gwp that would chase meadowlarks when they would flush ,used to irritate the crap out of me, dad said he will learn he is a pup learning the game. finally pheasant gets up I make a good shot dog retreives I pet him make a big fuss of how good he is, eventually he quit chasing...

I know this may sound dumb but are they getting enough to eat could that be why they are eating so fast or is the brand of dog food not satisfing them ?

i think i've seen some bowls designed with dividers in them that keep them from getting big mouth fulls , Doesn't it mess their gut up if the eat too much too fast.

we clean ours every day after the hunt and put them in baggies in the ice chest. I also suggest you dont eat at the buddies house unless you take the meat for dinner.:eek:
