Yes, I got a new pup sired by Indy. He is not showing Indy's range but he looks like he will be a 250yrd dog at most. But we will see, he is only a year old.
Nice job. Getting those young dogs out a much as you can that first season will pay off big next year. You will be surprised how much they improve from year one to two.
I generally like to give the dogs a bath after we go hunting. Gives you a chance to inspect the dog for injuries and get any awn off them that are on the surface.
The shirts are more like under armor. The black band is Velcro so that its pulled up wear he will not pee on it or get he foot caught in it.
We have had an unusual number of injuries this season.

She likely had no idea that she was looking for birds. When training it is pretty clear to them that there are birds to be found.
