I wish I we had a place to hunt in Kansas this year. We would prefer to go back but I can't track down my contact in Pratt. Know of any land owners that would let a group of 4 hunt their property? Gladly pay if the price is reseaonable.

Hunting 3 different private farms. Mostly corn fields that haven't been hunted any this year. I've heard overall the birds are down this year. Just not sure how Gilman area looks. I hope to hear from the land owner today as to wheather or not he is holding birds.

Driving up from Texas the first week of January. Group of 4 hunbters on a 12 hour trip. We will be hunting near Gilman. Can anyone give me a report on the birds? Good, bad, maybe??? I've heard the birds are down this year.

I am driving to Gilman Iowa the first week of January to hunt Pheasant. We have a group of 4 from Texas. Hunted Kansas several times but never Iowa. Is it worth the drive this year? I keep hearing the birds aren't there. Help...
