Seems like there has never been a better time to truck camp. And it is always a good year to camp.

That's a good practice. One of my dogs is very trim and it is easy to keep the weight off her because she will swim all day if we let her. The other one is a bit of a challenge... She is pretty sneaky about counter surfing for anything on the kitchen counter, and there is just no stopping her...

In NE Kansas, if it isn't cedars, it's honeysuckle. With no safe place to burn, I am hauling off multiple trailer loads of both each Spring, yet it feels like I am still losing ground. Wildlife does seem to utilize them though. I've seen migrating flocks of songbirds get in them...

Well, I’m drinking at home early. Dogs were running fantastic until my old girl hit a fence and ripped her front leg open. Geez. One emergency stop at the vet later, and it’s definitely time to hang up the vest until November... Hope you all had a better hunt than we did!
