    Thinking about getting a new puppy!

    Draht Go with the DD. You'll never look back. I have two of them. The drive they display is incredible whether upland or waterfowl. They are exceptional dogs in the field and at home. I won't ever have another breed. And yes, the beards are cool.

    Kansas opener-where are you going?

    SW Kansas I'll be heading to very SW Kansas Friday at noon. Can't wait!! I'm sure it will be crowded, but also hoping there will be plenty of birds to go around!

    Favorite pheasant hunting states

    Hawaii Heck, Hawaii is a hunting trip I could even talk my wife into :) I've hunted in NE, KS, CO and WY. SD is on the list, but for right now KS is by far the best I've been to.
