What's up with this weather? 60's and 70's this time of year throughout the Midwest and Front Range? We have no moisture in sight and it's really dry here, we have had less than 17" this year total. The 10 day forecast has the highs in the 50's.
The Farmer's Almanac said it was supposed to be a hard winter with record lows and it still could happen in January and February but we need either rain and snow, or both and a lot of it!
 
I would never use the Farmer's Almanac for any predictions or answers, the Magic 8-Ball is the only one I will trust, well maybe a Ouija board too. I think our local weather forecasts will use those also it seems.
 
I hope it holds. I’m planning on stopping in Nebraska next week on my way to Arizona. I hunted there first week of December did okay. It was 5 below in Iowa on the way home. That was cold enough for me. I still have snow in my yard and on my road. I look forward to some of those mild Nebraska temperatures
