Anyone chasing snow geese in SD?

Just wondering if anyone has been out chasing the infamous "Sky Carp". I live in the huron area and they have been flying through here like crazy, but I have only seen 5 or 6 flocks on the ground in the past few days. Kinda wondering if they are just passing through or if some are staying for a short visit?

umm.. i think spring is around the corner so they are coming home for the summer from the south.... i would assume that is what it is all about.

I think the snows are learning not to stop over in the Dakotas.
