Ear protection

Training so much is hurting my hearing, before it was just selective, now it's worse, any tips on afordable ear protection? The ear plug type, not ear muffs.

i think Walkers Game Ear makes an ear plug type that lets you hear better and when you shoot it's supposed to dampen the noise of the gun never used it but alot of guys on the hunting shows i watch use them, so you might check out their web site.
