Frozen Quail supply for training

I'm new here and was just wondering if anyone would know where to find frozen quail or ducks in the Heber, Show Low and Payson, Arizona areas?
Or maybe even Phoenix.
 
Just a thought reach out to Todd Yamamoto in the greater Phoenix area. He has a supplier of pigeons and does dog training in the area. Pigeons are strong for training and as they perish during training still useful for frozen work? 623-570-4093
